As you take jobs through the "Notice Board", you will gain Experience Points for completing adventures, combat, smart thinking, roleplaying, and diplomacy.
Leveling via Experience Points as opposed to Milestone Leveling makes things more balanced.
Firstly, characters from different jobs gain different experience. Secondly, when you have a higher level character playing with lower level characters on a job, it doesn't necessarily make sense for them to level up at the same time. In the end, it's all about creating the most fair experience we can for our players.
Leveling will go as normal. When you reach the Experience Point threshold for that level, you go up a level and gain the benefits for it. The only caveat to this is HP.
Normally when you gain a level, you can choose to roll for HP or take the average. For simplicities sake, you are to take the average.
