Qavez sees a wrinkled and arthritic hand, attached to an arm picked down to the bone. There are other bones scattered about, but they all appear older and are probably from a variety of creatures.

Xalvador and Qavez both discover a number of tunnels lead out of this main cave. There is a fetid pool of water to the north, but other than the ogre nest, nothing else of note.

"Hey, Chanler," Qavez says, calling the person over. He makes his way to the mouth of one of the tunnels, away from the goblin, and briefly looks down the passageway with his torch high.

Chanler pushes himself to a standing position with the hand that had been tight around the sword, and begins to walk towards Qavez. "Did you find something?" he calls out.

Qavez nods, eyes directed down the tunnel. He places a hand on Chanler's shoulder. "Yeah. This man you're looking for, Nestor? How old was he?"

Maru looks at Iolgur with a slight scowl and says in common"The goblin will face the justice of the people. I have gave my word." She grips the goblin's shoulder, tightly and says to him in goblin "Do you know what justice is?"

Qavez nods. "Well, let's you and me take a look down these passages while they chat. Seems like they got that under control," he says, indicating the goblin prisoner.
He half-pulls Chanler down the tunnel, while his eyes check the way for anything amiss. "Keep a sharp look... well, as much as we can with the torch. There might be more of the green ones in here, and who knows if they've left any surprises for folk like us."

Maru takes rope out of her travel bag and begins securing the goblin, hog tying wrists to ankles, as she does she tries to explain "Well justice is when you have to pay back for the wrong things you do. When you make bad you have to make good to those who you did bad to. Sometimes you go to prison, sometimes you do work for them. Sometimes you die. They decide and you do."

Any further exploration, and you'll have to specify which tunnel you go down. There are diverse surprises and perils.If the picture below is a clock, you came in at 6, and there are tunnels at 12, 2, 3, 7, 9, and 10 o'clock...ish.

Xed sees Qavez point towards a tunnel and starts running towards it. She stops just at the entrance. "I’ll go first! I’ll be right back!"

Qavez shrugs, allowing the small one to proceed. With a hand still on Chanler's shoulder, Qavez says, "You know, just in case we don't get a chance later on, you done good. Got those kids home safe, and did it in the night. No matter what else happens, keep that in mind."
