"Oh but I do. I'm looking for my father. He was a dragon, brass I think." Ruby pulls down her shirt sleeve, revealing an arm with brass scales littered amongst the skin. "Well pretty sure he's my dad, thats what mother says. I have so many questions I'd like to ask him." She speaks with enthusiasm.

Hearing the party's conversation, she chimes in: "I second that, those cache's are still out there just waiting to be found. Particularly this fifth one..."

Yeah, same here. I was assuming, since it's only on the larger posts, it was because you were taking them directly from the PDF, and pasting from PDFs often causes issues like that. It's just line breaks every 150 characters or so.

"A warrior should be buried where they fall, in my eyes." Nikos says, chipping in on the subject for a moment, then locating the path that would take them to the cave. "If you wish to fulfill her last rites at Parnast, I won't stop you, but I believe we'll be going on ahead to fulfill her wishes."

A few moments later and she chuckles at the halfling's story. Certainly an interesting one. "As noble a reason as that is, you shouldn't be so eager to rush in to the den of dragons without first knowing who they are. Few tolerate people."

"We are in agreement once again. Although I would prefer to scout the immediate area before tending to a burial, I would be satisfied if a couple stood guard while the rest of us dug."

If my memory servs right, we shudnt be to far from Parnast, why not just take her thurr and be on our way? No needin be digging ditchs here?

Nikos sighs and lets out a low chuckle. "You're stubborn, aren't you, priest?" She smiles and sets her hands on her hips resolutely. "Very well. We'll take her back to Parnast. Well..." She pauses, then looks to the paladin and nods to herself. "Rivas, wasn't it? While these two return the body to the town, what-say you we scout ahead? Goblin troubles in the area, supposedly, and we wouldn't want to be caught off-guard."

DM Prompt - So just so you guys don't waste too much time I'll let you know that these Adventurer's League modules are alot more "on the nose" then the hardcover adventures. They are designed to railroad you for the most part through a particular adventure, generally in 4 hours. So I will do my best to "steer" you in the right direction and if you guys seem to be off the trail I will try to guide you back in the direction needed. So sometimes if it feels like I'm glossing over something you can either falt out ask me OOC or I will eventually give you a DM prompt to prevent extended periods of wasting time.

A couple hours pass and you are able to scout the area and feel confident you are alone. As a couple keep vigilant watch the others are able to bury Veradda and leave a marker so she can be located if a loved one wishes to pay her a final visit.

Once the ceremony is complete you begin heading in the direction of the first Cache.

After about a days travel you find yourselves at the foothills of the Graypeak mountains. The clues in Veradda's notes lead you directly to the cave opening. Outside the opening you see a variety of obvious tracks.

Nikos stops to examine the tracks, but only gets so far in doing so before she sees Rizak heading on in without a second thought. She catches up to him, drawing the large katana on her back and holding it in a readied stance as she enters the cave with him. "Indeed, goblins. Measly opponents, but not to be underestimated. At the very least, they can overwhelm you with numbers. At worst... They can be crafty."

She signals for Thrune and Ruby to take up position behind them, allowing Rizak and herself to act as a vanguard.

Thrune examines the cave entrance, looking for unnatural additions, then moves in the position behind Nikos. "Nor are traps unknown to them," he says. "I believe there was something about collapsing caves in the scroll notes." Thrune readies his warhammer.

One who searches the land for battles to be fought... A respectable oath, and a man after my own heart." She thinks aloud, her eyes not once leaving the path ahead.
