Kingdom of Birodalom [ EDIT ]

General Overview:
You and your fellow PCs live in the Kingdom of Birodalom; specifically the city of Otthon within Birodalom. You are all well know within the town and have been nicely compensated over the years for the work youâve done for the mayor. About a year ago the two Kingdoms to the north (Nyugatra and Kelet) have waged war against each other and many refugees have fled south along the Tartaly River. The refugees that pass through Otthon have been welcomed and well cared for before taking their leave to destinations further south.
Brookhaven Monastery:
Twenty miles to the east, through the grasslands, lies the old Order of the Hexagon monastery known as Brookhaven. Now abandoned it is time for the yearly pilgrimage. Every year six young monks are chosen from the order to make the trip where they tend to the grounds and perform overnight rituals of mourning for those that were lost in the raid. Every year the PCs escort them on this trip, one to make sure the arrive safely, and two to ensure that they are unharmed during the overnight rituals. The PCs have escorted the order the past four or five years with only minor incidents.
Game Details:
Everyone should try and post at least four of five times a week. If youâre holding up the game for more than 48 hours weâll play âwhat would so-and-so doâ. If you miss a couple of 48 hour periods without some sort of notification your character will be unceremoniously dumped. (No worries if you have to travel or something, just let us know whatâs going on and weâll make arrangements)

Everyone should start with 2nd level characters. Use the point buy system, 4d6x7 (drop the lowest die and the lowest grouping), or an existing character you have here on GP (just run it by me first). Keeping things to the PHB (no dragon borne) or SCAG for my sanity's sake.
