A little town called Tirisfel [ EDIT ]

This game has been retired! That means it's no longer being run.

9 years ago today, a star fell from the sky. When it did the day time sky was as night for a week and a day, and when it finally cleared it was to late. The darkstar as it has been named awoke shadows from bellow which consume the life of those around them only for the fallen to fade to shadows themselves. The great cities falling before the ravenous horde and all was lost. Well not quite all.

The small town of Tirisfel was lucky to have been playing host to three great heroes when the darkstar fell, and the saved the town from the shadows, erecting walls and wards to keep them at bay. They traveled out to find where the darkstar had fallen and never returned.

We cannot lament the loss of those adventurers, as a new star has fallen, and the skies broil with blue flame.

Inspired by a post by DMCrenton on the DMB forums, mixed with themes from Diablo. This game will focus on Roleplay and Discover, with ample chances for collaborative world building. Post frequency isn't strict, but highly encouraged.
