Preparations for first game.

With character creation almost done, I think we can begin with the creation of the threats and storm for our first "session".

So this time around, I'll start in alphabetical order of the character's names. So Édouard is first.

Vagrant, name who among the other characters Édouard trusts the least.

That would be Victoria, cause he cant understand what it is she want most.

Genisisect, pick, a faction for Édouard.

Édouard, tell us about a rumor or conflict involving the Night faction that you've heard about. Then roll for that faction and mark it ([/]).

A group of werewolf thugs from the next neighborhood are unusually aggressive and going at night beating up people for no apparent reason. (How do I roll?)

Where is this neighborhood exactly? Remember, Montréal is a big island...

Click the Advanced tab. Below your text window, you should see "Rolls and Decks". Next to "Add new roll:" click on "Add". Under "Reason" list what your roll is for, under "Roll" type which dice and modifiers to use, under "Visibility" do nothing. Then click "Post".

Ouch. Édouard is completely unprepared for the upcoming conflict. Alright, I'll let you know what is coming for you... in time... Do not forget to mark Night on your character sheet.

Wild

Jake, tell us about a rumor or a conflict involving the Wild faction that you've heard about. Then roll with Wild faction and mark it ([/]).

Rumor has it this region's king of the fae has an unruly older brother that has suddenly reappeared on the scene and he might have a claim to the seat of power...

Jake is in it deep. He owes someone in that faction a debt and someone in that faction owes Jake a debt. Go a head and make debts and NPCs from the wild faction tied to you with those debts.

Rumour has it that some local detectives have teamed up with some higher ups in law enforcement to try and uncover and stamp out magical beings.

Victoria is prepared for the conflict ahead. You have a debt on someone on that faction, or a useful piece of information or equipment of your choice.
