Bonjour! Sounds like the D&D's from crit. roll. There are games popping up all the time you should be able to get into one in no time :)

Welcome Razzix! Glad to hear you want to join the TTRPG world! I always caution new roleplayers: Play-by-Post is a different style of game; it's slower, but a lot richer in story. Hopefully it's to your liking, but if not, don't let that shy you away from trying RPGs in a different format!
