Battletech Kickstarter by Harebrained Schemes

Given its popularity, I'd be shocked if I was the only Battletech fan here. I keep an eye on Kickstarter for cool things, and lookie what I found!

Not only is the artwork fantastic, but it looks like they've got the support and clout to pull this off.



So, who else is interested? I enjoyed the MechWarrior games and Mech Commander too, this looks like a fun opportunity.

You are not the only fan! I'm waiting 'til further in the kickstarter before I get involved. I'll back it and hope for a fun single-player experience! Would be great if they could make multiplayer work like the tabletop, but I'm not sure how doable that is.

I've backed it already, figuring for $25 bucks, I'll get my money's worth.

I've backed it, and am hoping it reaches Stage 3 for expanded single-player. And if it never reaches Stage 4, I won't be disappointed.

Harebrained Schemes did a good job on their Shadowrun Returns games, so I feel pretty confident that they'll field a very good product.

Well, the campaign is only $115k from stage 3. I have a feeling that funding will rally enough to break into stage 3 and perhaps a few sub-goals. I'd really like that expanded campaign, that's for sure.
