User Profiles

I can't seem to visit any of the user profile pages. It just comes up with that overlay loading screen and sits there. Doesn't seem to matter which profile I visit either (mine or someone else's).

Hmm, just tried and I seem to have the same issue. Just a gently pulsing hexagon overlay!

Hm... I just pushed up code and tested on a second account; it seemed to work. A force refresh isn't working either?

Forced reload and cleared the cache but nothing seemed to make a difference.

Hm... I'm gonna have to figure this out. My non-admin account seems to be working fine; I'll have to try logging in as one of you to figure out what's wrong.

Another piece of information for you. It always comes up with the member since date as the current time and the gender as female.

The "Links" page is now doing the same thing.

That was a typo mistake. Still doesn't help me figure out whats wrong with profiles.

So, I just logged in as you, szemely, and I could access the profile page.

I can access my own profile page if I click on the link of my name up top (near the mail icon). I can not access the profile page of others if I click on their name (the one that shows how many characters they've created and what games they've run). Here's what I get when I click on your name on the above post:



This occurs even after clearing cache on both Safari and Chrome.

EDIT: The little hexagon slowly changes color from white to orange and then back again.

Confirmed: when viewing another's profile, such as http://gamersplane.com/user/1/ on either Firefox 36.0.1 or Iron 32.0.1750.1 (250000) on Windows 7, the page never seems to finish loading (the pulsing GP logo as Edcrab mentioned). I haven't yet tried on other platforms/browsers.

I'm having the same issue on my Windows 10 laptop. No problem on my Android phone though.

... I mixed this thread up with another thread. I was trying to fix the UCP, didn't even look at the profile pages. I'm on it.

Ok, should be working now. Also, szemely, the orange to white and back hex is my loading screen. Not a fan?

Accessed my own profile okay, as well as everyone else who replied on this thread. But not Szemely's - I'm stuck at the loading screen.

Oops there it is! That took a while though. But yeah, seems to be working. Keleth rocks! :-)

Working here now as well.

I have no issue with the loading screen. Hexes are my favorite shape. :-)
