Can't accept / submit replacement characters

I am GM at Octagon Numenera Game
We've lost 2 characters, and i recruited replacement players.
One can not get into the gamer, other can not submit character

If one person can get in, there's no good reason the second person shouldn't be able to get in.

I assume Jabes is the one who can't submit characters? Who can't apply? I'd need to ask them questions directly to figure out and fix the problem. If you could point them to this thread, that'd help a lot.

I was able to join, but I also cannot submit a character at the moment. The legend reads "YOu cannot submit any more characters to this game"

Same for Jabes, i guess he will confirm this as soon as he comes online

I am also seeing NUMBER OF CHARACTERS PER PLAYER 0.

I've seen this exact same issue before, I just can't remember whose game. In that instance I was also coming in as a replacement player. I imagine the setting for number of players per character auto-switched to zero when the game was full or something.

Hm... I thought I fixed that bug. I'll have to look at it again. Changing that at 1 (or any positive number) should do the trick.

Did changing the number of characters allowed to 1 or more not fix it?

Yah, that should correct the ability to add characters, but I'll work on figuring out why it set it to 0 in the first place.
