I've noticed there is some interest in theology so far so I'm starting with the pantheon. As is going to be the standard for all intelligence-based proficiencies, please note that any line prefaced with (Religion) is not common knowledge unless you are proficient in religion or it is relevant to your backstory or you come across it in a book. Not all of this is necessarily vital information, but it could come up and I think adds some flavor.
Dagon, God of Agriculture- Alignment: LG, Domain: Life, Symbol: Overflowing sack of grain.Sarai, Goddess of Medicine and Fertility- Alignment: NG, Domain: Life, Symbol: A silver staff

Karduk, God of War- Alignment: CE, Domain: War, Symbol: A curved shamshir crossed over a bow
Eseru, Goddess of Ingenuity- Alignment: CG, Domain: Knowledge/Light, Symbol: A black violin
(General): Thought to be a direct manifestation of the original creative force in the universe and the rightful ruler of the pantheon.
Din Napisti, Goddess of Judgement and Death- Alignment: LN, Domain: Death, Symbol: A rotting head containing one blue eye and one red eye.Butumt, God of the Wilds- Alignment: CN, Domain: Nature/Tempest, Symbol:A date-palm tree
(General): One travelling through unknown territory will whisper a prayer to Butumt in hopes of reaching their destination whole and unmolested. Some claim that he has appeared in an animal form to help them safely traverse a wide stretch of ocean or barren desert.Ekeltu, God of Darkness- Alignment: CE, Domain: Darkness/Trickery, Symbol: A black bonfire
(General): He's bad. He corrupts. He's the devil. He distorts, lies and fabricates. No decent person will have anything to do with him. An offer that seems too good to be true is called "Ekeltu's wager". Most people spit behind them after hearing his name.

(Religion): The god of warriors is also associated with fury and madness. He desires only to defeat and dominate, destroy and devour. Worship of Karduk is considered a necessary evil to overcome a foe, but devotion to him is rarely from love due to his unpredictable rages and how fickle his favor is seen to be.
Eseru, Goddess of Ingenuity- Alignment: CG, Domain: Knowledge/Light, Symbol: A black violin
(General): Thought to be a direct manifestation of the original creative force in the universe and the rightful ruler of the pantheon.

(Religion): Eseru delights in any creative process, be it mechanical, artistic, linguistic or otherwise. Mysteriously, she is fascinated to the point of infatuation with Ekeltu, the god of darkness who is said to have touched her violin, turning it black.
Din Napisti, Goddess of Judgement and Death- Alignment: LN, Domain: Death, Symbol: A rotting head containing one blue eye and one red eye.

(Religion):Din Napisti is the judge of who shall live and who shall die, who shall succeed and who shall fail, who will thrive and who will wither. Death is a balance to life and as all things must progress through the cycle, Din Napisti is considered a cold patron, but one who's final word is absolute law.
(General): One travelling through unknown territory will whisper a prayer to Butumt in hopes of reaching their destination whole and unmolested. Some claim that he has appeared in an animal form to help them safely traverse a wide stretch of ocean or barren desert.

(Religion): There is an uncomfortable alliance between Dagon and Butumt, representing the conflict in balance between civilization and nature. They often rely on Din Napisti to settle any disagreements.
