Azorius Senate
Hussar Commander Agmand Sarv, Arbiter of the Lyev Column (law enforcement branch of the Senate). Since the death of Isperia, the Supreme Judge at the hands of Vraska, and the rise and fall of Dovin Baan, the three Arbiters have been working together with the Triumvirate to maintain order. The Triumvirate has recently announced plans to elect a new Supreme Judge. Each of the Arbiters is considered a prime candidate, but Agmand has refuted his candidacy at every turn. He claims he is content to serve as Arbiter if the new Supreme Judge will have him.
Boros Legion
Aurelia, Boros Legion guildmaster. Aurelia is something of an anomaly among angels and guildmasters. She does not hold herself as better than her fellow Legionaries, she may be their commander, but she is still a soldier first.
Selesnya Conclave
Emmara Tandris, Soul of the Accord is the most public face of the Conclave. She was the first to advocate for the guild treaty that opposed Bolas. She still works with the Trostani to lead the guild, but the dryads are still reeling from the loss of Mat'Selesnya
Tolsimir Wolfblood. A Ledev of the conclave and perhaps their greatest champion.
Orshov Syndicate
Tomik Vrona, Distinguished Advokist. Tomik seems to be acting as the head of the Orshov, but rumors abound that he is merely the figure head for his former mentor, Teysa Karlov.
