Is it possible to lock a spoiler so it can only be seen by the tagged member or PC?

You can make a note.
The code is:
(note="Username")(/note) - with square brackets instead of round ones
Or you can click on the red paper icon above the text field

A note can only be seen by a person you send it to. Don't think it can be done to spoilers.
