Antonella Maritza Colón, "Tony" for short
High Concept: Teenage Psychic Monster Hunter
Trouble: A Little Self-Destruction Never Hurt Anyone
Aspect 3: On the Run
Aspect 4: Relationship Status: "It's Complicated"
Aspect 5:
Skills:
Will +4, Notice +3, Deceive +3, Empathy +2, Provoke +2, Rapport +2, Burglary +1, Shoot +1, Physique +1, Stealth +1
Stunts:
Deceive - "Not a Threat." When you create an advantage with Deceive to make yourself as non-threatening or unobtrusive as possible, enemies will find other targets for as long as that aspect exists. As soon as you successfully attack someone, the aspect goes away.
Rapport - "Blather." It’s not that you’re a good liar – possibly far from it. It’s more that you have a skill at talking so fast, and not letting the other guy get a word in edgewise, that he doesn’t ever get the chance to figure out if you’re lying or not. You may create an aspect such as Blathering on yourself which justifies active opposition to Alertness rolls in your zone. You cannot take other actions while blathering, but you may spend a fate point to negate any successful roll that overcomes the aspect. The targets of this effort are by no means helpless – if they are attacked or otherwise disturbed they may respond normally, and they will respond to obvious stimuli (friends being attacked in their line of sight, fire alarms going off and such). However, they are definitely distracted. Once you stop talking, it may be time for a quick exit.

"Can't Keep My Eyes Open." [X]Andrea and Tony:
Andrea B. is a white woman in her late 20s or early 30s. She has wavy dark hair kept cut just above her shoulders. She has a broad smile, when she smiles, and blue eyes. Andrea has the lean, road-fit look of a hunter who doesn't alwasy get regular meals. Tony is a young Latina, possibly still a teenager. She has longer and darker hair that she usually keeps in some sort of braids. She is dark-eyed, skinny, and loud.
It is clear to anyone who has known Andrea and Tony for more than five minutes that they have a difficult relationship. The hunters know that Tony is "weird" but in a useful way, and Andrea typically acts as her "caretaker." But there is clearly more to their relationship. The other hunters have seen Tony make outrageous demands of Andrea only to have her entirely capitulate like a whipped dog. They have also seen moments where Tony was in tears, practically begging Andrea for forgiveness and approval. They have been together since Tony was a child, and they are being hunted by law enforcement. But whatever their story is, they don't talk about it.

[ +- ] Some Fiction
"Is this the girl you saw?" Detective Warren slid a grainy surveillance photo of a young woman across the counter.
Julio, the manager of the Jamba Juice, picked up the photo and looked it over. He nodded slowly. "Yeah, could be. Latina. Should-length brown hair. Skinny. She looked older than this, but still young. A teenager maybe. Who can tell these days?"
"Was she alone?" Detective Warren asked, taking back the photograph.
"No. That's why I remember them. They had to pool their money to pay for their order."
"Can you describe her companion?"
"Yeah. White lady. Not too tall. Wavy hair. Blue eyes. Kinda hot, but like a mom. Dressed poor though. They both looked kinda ragged."
"Is this her?" Detective Warren pulled another photo out of his folder and slid it across the counter. It was a booking photo of the woman Julio described.
"Yeah. That's her."
"Did the girl looked distressed? Like she was being held against her will?"
Julio shrugged. "They both looked distressed to be honest. But they weren't afraid of each other. Not that I could tell. They looked squirelly. Like they were in a hurry. Like they wanted to get in and out quick."
"We think the girl is this Jane Doe gone missing seven years ago." Warren pulled out another photo. It was a snapshot of a girl of around nine years old. She was wearing a hospital gown. She looked like a younger version of the Latina girl in the first picture. "And we think this..." He tapped the photo of the white woman. "...is the woman who abducted her. Her name is Andrea Barr."
"She didn't look abducted," Julio said.
"We also think they were witnesses to and perhaps involved in several very serious crimes. Did they say anything?"
"Nothing more than the usual. They ordered some juice and bags of chips. They didn't make small talk."
"Paid cash?"
"Yep."
"And the security cameras don't work?"
Julio shook his head.
"Did you see what they were driving or where they went?"
"Nope and nope."
