Block Initiative
* PCs roll initiative, versus a DC of 10 + the average(rounded down) Initiative bonus/es of the opponent/s they are facing.

* Anyone who wins can act immediately. Anyone who doesn't must wait after the "DM's turn".

* Player actions are always resolved in the order they are posted. There is no order between allied creatures, it is either "the DM's turn" or "the players turn". It also reduces players from having their actions negated because someone else did something that messed up their intended action. I will wait for at the most 2 days before I will "puppet" non responsive players/PCs to take action to keep the game going.

* The pattern of who goes before and who goes after will be followed until the end of the encounter.

* Obviously, using Ready and Delay actions can affect the sequencing along with other anomalies.
