Pokemon 5e One Off

On reddit there is a quite popular 5e home-brew based Pokemon game, I don't know if you are familiar or not, but a member of the group has started making a campaign book set up for the Kanto region, and I have been helping write quests and storylines for it, and often the best way for me to really round these storylines out is to play through them, so I am looking for 3 or 4 players to help me play test a special quest I have set up.

I don't have much experience with 5e and haven't looked into this hack at all but I am interested...

I’ll play. What generation Pokémon would it be?

1st and 2nd gen would be allowed, the issue with being unfamiliar is you will be making level 10 characters.

Is there a list of pokemon stat rules, or will you be using re-skinned monster rules? I played in an AL module where it's like pokemon but you catch monsters in dnd and battle them with other npcs.
