The running idea so far is a militarized nation, kinda like in Full Metal Alchemist where the nation is run by the military but its just Kobolds.

Governmant Type: Stratocracy
A stratocracy is a form of government headed by military chiefs. It is not the same as a military dictatorship or military junta where the military's political power is not enforced or even supported by other laws. Rather, stratocracy is a form of military government in which civil and military service are difficult to distinguish, where the state and the military are traditionally or constitutionally the same entity, and that government positions are always occupied by commissioned officers and military leaders.

Red's End is a walled city nestled beside the cliffs facing the water. Tall stone walls surround the city in a Half moon shape and a slightly shorter wall faces the cliff side. There is a smaller wall inside Reds End surrounding the building called Dragon's Hall, which is the HQ of the Dracalis Army and the Central Government Building. The rest of Red's End is arranged similarly to other typical cities with their usual districts, except for there being more guard posts and towers. Underground is Different from other cities though, beside the city drainage system is Troop holes, Small tunnel systems made just big enough for a armoured Kobold to move around easily and have full access to the city.
