Pre-generated characters guys or would you prefer to roll your own? I prefer the Pre-Generated Characters however, I also do not wish to stifle your creativity either!

I think I could make a case that using pre-gens requires as much creativity as creating your own - you've got to work creatively with that you end up with, and try to make it your own. Creativity within boundaries is often the best creativity.
Incidentally, is there a list of pre-gens somewhere to choose from? I don't have the Oriental Adventures source material (is that a problem?).

And because you will also need the 1E Player’s Handbook, here is a link to that for just $10. All in all, these are a steal, especially if you play 1e a lot.

Hey I'm new to this site but I've kind of wanted to give the original AD&D a go, I have already applied
