Enhancement: PM Option / Online Indicatior

Two quick, very mild suggestions,

This might just be me, but I like PMing people with small side conversations about the game we're playing. To PM someone you have to go to their profile page, a PM link or little mail icon by their name would speed up the process.

Also an online indicator by the name would be nice as well, just like a little green hex dot or something. I often find myself checking the 'The Gamers' tab to see who's online. I'm probably just being impatient though.

I've been considering something to handle that, but I didn't want to end up with too many icons next to the user (we already have inactive). With the next redesign, I will be adding an in-game chat system, which I was considering merging with the PM system to make something like how Facebook does it. I was gonna solicit optionso n that.
