I'm unable to change the avatar for this character: http://gamersplane.com/characters/dnd5/1176/. I tried deleting the avatar and that worked, but am now unable to unload a new one.

When I noticed that I checked some of my other characters and found the same problem
http://gamersplane.com/characters/dnd5/660/
http://gamersplane.com/characters/dnd5/1207

There may be others...I haven't checked them all.

Maybe check the file extension? It might not accept certain types of files, I've experienced that. Try converting it to a jpg if it's not already

I was gonna ask, can you link/email me the image in question? I can take a look at why it may not be uploading.

Yeah they're all jpegs. What's more, in the case of the first character I mentioned that image was that character's avatar before. I had recently changed it and now I'm trying to change it back. I only attempted to change the other characters to see if it's an isolated case or if the problem extends to other characters.

I can email them to you, Keleth.

Seems to be ok now. Looks like it was nothing more than wonky internet :-P Thanks!

On a similar note, I just changed my gamer profile photo and it keeps showing up with the old one on certain pages. Game pages seem to be ok (sometimes the new pic only shows on my android phone, and the old one shows on PC/Chrome!)

It shows my old one there (fire giant) but on my phone it seems to use the new one (fiery tiefling)

That's caching. Unfortunately, I don't have a mechanism to force newly uploaded images to force refresh right now; it's another side of webdev I don't really have a grasp on right now. When I force refreshed my page, it changed. I'll have to look into how I can get it to force change.

Of course. I'll just empty the cache. No problem

The easy way is just to hold shift and click the refresh button to the right of your url bar.
