So apparently Wendy’s created a DnD-like tabletop rpg and the pdf for the ONE HUNDRED PAGE RULEBOOK is free for download. I wonder if anyone will give it a shot on here. xD

Wow, Order of the Beef, Order of the Chicken, and Order of the Sides!
Did you order from Wendy's? Add some stat bonuses to your rolls.

For those wanting sauce... Feast of Legends

I read the manual. It's basically pay to win fast food themed DnD with fewer rules. You get buffs by eating Wendy's food in real life, and debuffs for eating other junk food in real life. I'm not kidding.

We've been talking about playing it in the Discord server, haha
Oct 4, 2019 4:56 am
This is the first time I'm seeing this. It's a hoot!
Oct 4, 2019 11:31 am
Let me know when a Feast of Legends LARP group gets going...
Oct 4, 2019 11:34 am
That sounds a bit too saucy

It’s amazing it’s taken a fast food company this long to get on the RPG bandwagon

You also have a thing called a "GM" which can be used to ignore silly rules like that that they don't like...

This looks like the best/worst rpg ever and I'm not sure how I feel about it.

Silly? Sounds like somebody is an enemy of deliciousness.

He must be an agent of the Deep Freeze! Get the spatula!

Okay. That's it. I'm downloading the pdf.

I can't help it. The first thing I imagined was converting Tarrasque stats to 'the Grimace'. Because nothing can kill the Grimace.
Oct 4, 2019 2:29 pm
So I would totally choose the Red Polo/Black Visor armor with a Great Spoon for the weapon.
Oct 4, 2019 4:26 pm
I'm going to Wendy's for lunch. This effort definitely needs to be rewarded.
Oct 4, 2019 4:27 pm
I need a Baconator right now!
Oct 4, 2019 4:42 pm
I wouldn't mind a shake that can only be consumed with a spoon. Why do they even bother giving you a straw?
Oct 4, 2019 7:23 pm
The only problem I would have with running this is that at this point, I'm pretty sure that everyone who'd be interested in running it has read the starting adventure, and I don't have enough time to make another one.
Oct 4, 2019 7:39 pm
I’ve actually not read anything other than character creation and the intro to the world.
Oct 4, 2019 8:20 pm
My first character will be Drizzit Do'rivethru.
Oct 11, 2019 9:09 pm
I would be interested in playing. If your going to run this, I just found the pdf and downloaded it.

If we're standing around making bad pun names I offer Tasselhoff Burgerfood.

This might seem like high-jacking your thread, but I have an idea of making my own homebrew that is McDonald’s themed. But I'll make the setting like Warhammer40k levels of xenophobia and propaganda.

Idk how far I'm gonna take this, as I've tried to make a new class system, but that's gonna take a lot of work, so I just focus on backstory for now. Not posting link here, as don't want to be rude.

I'm not going to run this now, but as other games wind down and finish, I will revisit it.

While indulging in fast food is fun, exploring homemade alternatives might just elevate your culinary adventures to a whole new level!

Sadly, vegetarians like me are at a distinct disadvantage. Lots of side salads and fries, I guess. Does Wendy's still serve baked potatoes?

Oh, and Frosties!

Nerds also has some one shots they made.
DnD Nerds Adventure

There is 7 adventures in total.

Whoa, that’s hilarious! I hadn’t heard about Wendy’s tabletop RPG, but I love the idea. A 100-page rulebook? That's definitely a lot of content to dive into. I can already imagine the crazy campaigns people could come up with—maybe a quest for the perfect burger or something wild like that!

Speaking of adventures, I recently tried something a little outside my usual routine—Goat Whey Protein Concentrate from Z Natural Foods - https://www.znaturalfoods.com/products/goat-whey-protein-concentrate . I’ve been hitting the gym a lot more and wanted to try something different from regular whey protein. Honestly, I was surprised at how smooth it is and how well it blends into smoothies. Plus, it doesn’t have that heavy aftertaste some proteins have. It’s been a great addition to my post-workout routine.

Oh, I was so hoping this was a game invitation...
I have been thinking of putting a game together with using cereal box mascots as the players. You would be fighting your way out of the pantry to stop big dairy in the refrigerator.
I was thinking of calling it cereal killers...

This is just stupid enough to catch my interest.

Oh it's very real. It actually came out around the same time as KFC released a visual novel where you can date the Colonel.

The OP is October 2019, but this is the first I heard of it. After fifteen seconds of shoddy research, I found enough to believe this exists and form an unwavering opinion.

And I would not be deterred by that first image because my extremely biased impression is that the person who wrote "how not to" is the kind of person who likes super-sized adventures well done with a sidequest of pickles, hold the humor. But if you like your RP’ing rare with extra cheese, then you’re probably the right person to answer the question "where’s the beef?" by storming the Burger King’s castle.

I found the PDF LOL they took the original site down. I skimmed though it .....sounds like fun. I like that you get a -2 Intelligent penalty for eating gas station food :)
