How to Handle Fate Aspects in GamersPlane?

Pretty self explanatory, the Fate system requires a lot of aspects, including those that aren't on character sheets, and I'm wondering how you guys handle it so that they're easily accessible. For example, how do you keep track of situation aspects? Setting aspects?

I don't play Fate, but I do know it, and I do play the Cortex Plus system which has "Distinctions" which are functionally, mechanically identical to Fates Aspects.

I would list Aspects in Spoilers for situations/scenes. Copy/paste/re-post that Spoiler with any GM post.

For Setting-level Aspects, I'd probably just have an external (to the in-character/dialogue thread) thread/post that would display them at all times. Mention it once at the beginning of that Chapter and put it on the Players to remember the resources they have available to them. Maybe a reminder every once and while at the beginning of new scenes, particularly if they're not getting used. Update that external post (by either editing the post, or adding a post to the thread) when the Setting changes.

I don't do any OOC, spoilers, rolls etc. in the IC thread. The IC thread is just for story. So I have a thread called "Tracking Thread" in the main game forum.

I can see how keeping the more permanent/less referenced things in their own threads and more temporary/relevant things in the main thread, is beneficial.

What about formatting? For example, Caystodd uses images for their aspects, but I don't think I would be able to do that on the fly. What other formats do you use in order to represent aspects?

I think it looks okay, I just wonder about whether it's a pain in ass to update all the time.

You can do a lot more with bbcode beyond what there are widgets for above your post, like manipulate text-size.

I do 99% of my pbp on my mobile device, and I just keep a "Note" (external mobile app) that is populated with the text necessary to do various bbcode formatting, including text size manipulation and various colors, etc. So it's fairly easy for me to manipulate posts.

And I would just post the Aspects in bold and LARGE text, in a spoiler.
