I'm interested. It is a dnd classic afterall. there is something in the description that puzzles me though. "Most characters will be human, however Elf, Dwarf and Halfling are classes as is Cleric, Fighter and Magic-User. Let me know your class and I will help you to create your character." Races as classes? Isn't that a dnd advanced thing? the description says 3.5.

It's a D&D basic game, we're not using the 3.5 character sheets, but have a post in the forum with the character sheets (I'm one of the players).

Tani what happened to the dragonlance one that one seems to be stale to?

Would this be something someone who has never played could jump in on or is it too advanced?

If you've played any D&D, then Basic edition will be pretty straightforward.

If you don't have the rules, the Labyrinth Lord (OSR) rules are pretty close and free (no art).

No it isn't - have you checked it out?

Do you mind an old hand who is quite familiar with the original BECMI modules? It's been years since I've played or looked at anything except the Keep on the Borderlands, In Search of the Unknown, and the Isle of Dread, and those that I've been running are 5E conversions of these classics.

Hi guys, I love the old BECMI system and I'm a huge fan of the old modules. Since this is an ad for replacement players would we be starting at 1st level or is the group already some part of the way through the mod?

Anyway I'd love to be considered, happy to fill whatever role the party needs. I'd love to play a dwarf, or a rogue, but anything will be fun.

Sorry making a character and need a spot to roll my stats, so hope I'm not posting out of place here.
