Ok here we go!

You arrive at the building by the side entrance. Something seems amiss! What do you do? :D
OOC:
This is the MAP
You can hover over each token to see what they are. Opening a door is one action. I did not use a particularly interesting name for the map which you will no doubt find out. After you move your token, click enter. This will save the map with your new position. Then please post the new map url at the bottom of your post.

I am also not going to be writing a big story since we are here for the combat (ROAR!), and maybe a social check or two. You never know. These are low level monsters. But if you die, you can get back up again because this is a practice.

Remember, you have 3 actions per turn and possibly a reaction. Attacks of opportunity are not like they are in PF1. I believe you have to be a fighter or have that trait as an NPC called out in your stats. Lurkers please correct me if I am wrong. Also you take penalties if you attack a 2nd and 3rd time unless you have a feat that modifies that penalty. I will check your sheet tomorrow and we can get going for real once that is all set. Ask all the questions you need to ether here or in OCC. If I don't have the answer (likely!), I'll get the answer or someone here will weigh in.

For the few following this game, Naat kindly pointed out that the dex bonus is already included in the weapon (the bow) bonus so the skeleton had a little illegal help in its attack!
The skeleton is very dead. But as it dies, it explodes into the air sending bone fragments into Drax.
OOC:
But.... Explosive Death When the skeleton is destroyed, its bones shatter and explode as the necromantic energy holding it together is released. Adjacent creatures take 1d6 slashing damage per 2 levels (minimum 1d6) with a basic Reflex save.

The kobold ducks in time to avoid the Drax's hammer. The Drax misses a second time as the kobold (AC=16) is just too fast.

Meanwhile the goblin strides twice towards Drax, stops 5 feet away, knocks and arrow and shoots.
OOC:
Shortbow is a martial weapon that is listed with a +8 in the bestiary. Presuming this cancels the dex bonus?
MAP

Rolls

Shoot an Arrow (thwang!) - (1d20+8)

(18) + 8 = 26

(2) = 2

Nov 19, 2019 8:05 pm
Drax falls unconscious
Nov 20, 2019 6:38 pm
OOC:
Because you are at Dying 1, you cannot naturally recover with time. Drax initiative moves to before the kobold that rendered you unconscious. So the previous initiative remains the same and Drax is up per below. You have to make a recovery roll vs a DC of 11 (10+ dying condition 1) to reduce your dying 1 condition, at the beginning of your turn.
Drax is up!

Nov 21, 2019 4:49 pm
Drax recovery roll is a success. You still have zero HP though and now have the wounded 1 condition. NOW I can let you rest 10 minutes and recover.

Oh look at that! 10 minutes has passed. You now have lost the wounded 1 condition and have 1 HP. What were the monsters during during this time? They were sleeping after a difficult battle with Drax. XD.
Nov 21, 2019 4:56 pm
Drax stands up (1 action) and starts swinging at his foes, starting with the kobold first and then attacking the goblin if the kobold dies (2 actions to strike)

Rolls

Attack 1 - (1d20+9, 1d8+3)

1d20+9 : (8) + 9 = 17

1d8+3 : (7) + 3 = 10

1d20+9 : (18) + 9 = 27

1d8+3 : (5) + 3 = 8

Nov 25, 2019 10:06 pm
Drax makes a merciless attack, gaining double damage on a critical hit (beat cat's AC by 10). But the cat is a tough creature and it still lives to fight another day (HP 19 leaving 2 HP left).

The little cat, enraged by it's friend's terrible wounds, moves right up behind the big cat (2 strides), leans to the side and throws its knife at Drax.
OOC:
Edit: double damage for critical hit = 8 and even though the attack roll did not meet or exceed Drax AC of 22 (shield plus cover) the attack succeeds because the roll was a natural 20.

Rolls

Attack! - (1d20+4)

(20) + 4 = 24

Big cat (2HP)
Drax
Little cat
Annaleia

The big cat draws his great axe and swings at Drax, and swings again. The second swing isn't as powerful since the axe is so heavy. Then he turns tail and runs his full stride distance.

MAP
OOC:
Edit, -5 wasn't subtracted from the 2nd roll, maybe I skipped a space? Not sure. So amended 2nd roll attack is 15
