Requisition

Before every mission, each member of the Kill-Team is awarded a number of requisition point to ask for special gear, ammunition and weapons they deem necessary to accomplish their objectives. The Space Marine renown determines what gear he will be entrusted with.

Mission with more objectives or bigger threats will give more requisition points.

Members may pool their requisition for access to bigger and better equipment. Investing with a full backpack of kraken or metal storm round greatly increase the team effectiveness against ennemies with superior range or numbers or getting a meltabomb or two may allow opportunities to accomplish more objectives or open new paths in a mission.

Each weapon comes with 3 clips as a general rule, nicknamed the Rule of Three (some special circumstance may provide more or less but they will be mentioned, also an ammo backpack does not come with extra clips unless requisitioned). Extra clip can be requisitioned for a cost. Clip loaded in the weapon count in this rule of three so a Bolter will be loaded and have 2 extra clips for reload and a bolter with fire selector will have its 3 clips loaded and no extra clips.

Special ammunition must always be requisitioned separately unless it is automatically supplied for a specifics mission. The special ammunition clip in the Starting gear of the Tactical Marine is in addition to the rule of three.

If I have a jump pack, can I also have an ammo backpack or do they occupy the same slot ?
By the way, sorry for all the questions.... ;)
Both jump pack and ammo pack use the same slot.

Questions are good, especially before we get into combat and realize we missed something that would have been obvious to your character ;)

To make direct use of external asset like Imperial Guard vehicles, combat support or reconnaissance run, you need to set aside some of your requisition into Reserve Requisition as per Rites of Battle p.213 rules. If not, the help you receive will depends totally on the NPC priorities and goodwill.
