Immediately Noticeable Things

Kyron look human enough though he has the enchanting beauty of the Elven people that helps in his talks with most people save human supremacists. His robes and unique style of dress indicate his status as a Ley Line Walker among other practitioners of magic. Often wearing his hood up to cover his pointed ears or wearing his long hair over them.

He likes red garments, robes, capes etc.

Elves are known to be snooty about their culture and though Kyron doesn't brag and go on about such things his race is known to do so.

Elves don't get along with Dwarves though they are trying to do so on Rifts Earth something both races are attempting.
Though Kyron doesn't really display any hostility the long standing problem still tends to cause issues.

Elves tend to be driven and in this Kyron does tend to show that he is. Chay knows he is very driven when it comes to magic sometimes to dangerous levels.

To those who know elves, Kyron does not act very Elve like. He moves with Elven grace and has the looks of his people but his manner and speech is very human in nature. His lack of knowledge of the Elven language is something that points towards him possibly being raised by humans or having been born on earth among human culture.

As a D Bee and Mage it is known the Coalition States and Human Supremacists have a problem with him and the Coalition will even move to kill him.

His language is sometimes sprinkled with enough arcane or esoteric speech, it causes problems sometimes with people who don't have psionics, magic abilities or occult knowledge.

Personality Open and friendly with people he makes the attempt to start conversations with people. He acts with Human nature much more then Elven. Down to earth and a realist he tries to use his mind rather then fists.

Mode of Dress: When dressed casual he will wear his light armor under robes or a suit often with a short cape.
When ready for combat he will have his circular shield, dinosaur bone sword, shotgun, pistol and even modern wilks laser pistol on him. His modern high tech bow is often broken down and he puts it together for use.

Things learned after a while: Loves magic and often uses it in playful ways not just for combat.

First Impressions
Idle Attitude: Often skittish and twitchy, though may get lost in though occasionally. Can also be found tapping a lot, either through boredom or being unable to make noise otherwise.
Personality: Kind, anxious, emotionally unstable and curious.
Appearance: Attractive, lots of freckles over her body, green eyes, short ginger hair.
Outfits: Her lack of much money leads her to be dressed in plain clothes underneath her gear, patchwork repairs obvious, though she also patches cloth on to personalise it.

Chay doesn't remember how he came to be alive. He simply remembers just "being". As a youngster, his memories begin as the equivalent of a teenage boy. He lived in a sort of commune that was doing what it could to eek out an existence under the cruel and smothering rule of The Coalition. He loved to drive as a young boy. Anything that moved, that he could control, he was in it or on it. His elders supported and encouraged him, because they felt it would keep him out of trouble and teach him something useful. One of their means of survival was dealing in Black Market goods. The profit was good and the items were often very useful, even lifesaving for their group. It came to pass that one of the transport drivers was killed and a replacement was needed. Chay was the obvious choice and he jumped at the chance. The illicit thrill and the idea of driving for a reason, sometimes under the very noses of the Coalition, was too sweet and exciting to turn down. With time and practice he became an excellent driver, learning evasive maneuvers across a range of vehicles and by necessity, their repair. He became somewhat notorious and eventually came to the attention of The Tomorrow Legion.

Chay looks human even though he isn't. His face is a little longer, and he has no nose as humans know it, just a pair of slits. He has dark brown eyes and hair, and a slim but short muscular build. He loves attention and loves his notoriety, but he is not arrogant or a braggart, most of the time. In fact at first he is often shy, and to compensate for that he can come across a little brash. He is thankful that he can survive and help others in spite of the Coalition. He likes to laugh and can tell a few good jokes.

He is marked as a D-Bee, and disliked by the Coalition and most humans. Hiding his nose, or lack thereof, usually suffices in keeping his alien origin hidden.

[ +- ] About CS Kill Hounds

Introduced in 104 P.A. Kill Hounds are intended to be frontline shock troopers and wilderness hunter-killers of D-bees and monstrous animals, as well as guards and escorts. They were specifically designed with the siege on Tolkeen in mind, and though the CS would probably deny it, to literally rip D-bees and magic users to shreds. They were first successfully tested in the Juicer Uprising where they fared amazingly well against the chemically augmented Juicers. These mutant canines are huge, hulking beasts with powerful builds, bristling muscles and a lust to hunt, fight and kill that is what they live for. Unlike the intelligent, loyal, obedient, and self-controlled Dog Boys, Sea Dogs and K-9 Sniffers, Kill Hounds are allowed (even encouraged) to keep their predatory instincts and savage side honed. Kill Hounds are genetically designed and trained to love to fight and to be fearless. In this regard, they are more animalistic : narrowly focused on their purpose (i.e. fight and kill), aggressive (be alert, fight and kill), and reasonably strong-willed (don't back down, fight and kill)! They are even encouraged to fight and kill with their powerful jaws and often allowed to eat a portion of their (D-Bee and monstrous) prey. A favorite attack against enemies is to rip out their throats with their teeth or a vibro-blade. They especially enjoy being given a seek and destroy mission and then let loose to do their job. A squad of 8-10 has been known to slaughter lightly defended D-bee villages that outnumber them three to one. Even well armed adventure groups, meres and bandits equal in number to the Kill Hounds, usually fall to these savage canine monsters. Most Kill Hounds are supremely confident, cocky, and bold individuals who tend to have a pack or mob mentality; meaning the larger the group of Kill Hounds, the bolder, meaner and more murderous they become. Even their Coalition masters sometimes have trouble controlling them, especially when the mutant canines are wounded or caught in a bloodlust. In addition to the human or Psi-Stalker squad leader, Dog Packs of Kill Hounds always have a pecking order, with one alpha and beta Hound along with an internal order of submissiveness of the others - a sort of unspoken, unofficial ranking and power structure within the group, with the Alpha Hound having the most power and influence over the other Kill Hounds. If anything should happen to the human leader, the Alpha Hound instantly assumes command without protest by the others. Although aggressive and prone to give icy stares, snarls, back talk and slow response (all acts of defiance and little tests of power) when given an order the Kill Hounds don't like, they do respect and honor their human masters (Psi-Stalkers have a bit more trouble handling them). However, they never hesitate at a chance to hunt, track or kill.

History
KH-008 was one of the first Kill Hound ever created in 104 P.A. Tested with success during the juicer uprising, he was then sent during the first battle on Tolkeen in 106 P.A. where the Coalition Armed forces are almost utterly destroyed. KH-008 managed to keep his unit alive through it all using pure savagery. As a gift for his services and loyalty, they used him as a test to see if dog boys could be successfully used as juicers... except for him, none survived... In 109 P.A., KH-008 was sent on the second advance on Tolkeen. The siege lasted only 20 days before the assembled might of the coalition forces broke down the defenders of Tolkeen. It took just 3 days to kill all survivors within the walls. It was during those 3 days that KH-008 realised he didn't like to kill unarmed humans. For him something felt wrong. After that they spent another week hunting down all other survivors or pushing them into Xiticix territory. He fleed his unit and felt compelled to followed a group of human that was mostly composed of kids. When they were attacked by a big demon, he jumped in, putting his life on the line to defend the young ones, refusing to let anything happen to them. After his hardest battle ever, the humans he protected approached him and asked him if he would come with them. For the first time, KH-008 felt happy. Soon after the humans, arrived at Castle Refuge, he was given a room and started working for them. It was during that time that he met Ana Baker. She was afraid at first, like most humans, but quickly became one his first real friend. She was the one that gave him a name, Tipolei. Now he has a lot of friends, it's his duty to make sure nothing harms them...

Usual Gear
Tipolei normaly wears a black Juicer Assassin Plate Armor partly made from his old dog boy armor and vibro-blades vambraces. He also wields a JA-9 Variable Laser Rifle, with a Wilk's 320 Laser Pistol as a back-up.

Ben Volent is a Cyber-Knight stalking the territory around Castle Refuge. He does his small part in proetcting this island of civilzation from the fallout of the Rifts. Someday, he Ben fears that Castle Refuge itself might fall, and so he has committed himself to keeping it safe from the terrors that limger on the periphery. Haunted by his experiences at the siege of Tolkeen, Ben has carried around with the full scope of the impact of political partisanship, and the scale of the violence people will inflict in the pursuit of their objectives. He understands the dark hypocrisy of taking up the role of military conscript for Castle Refuge, but can defending innocents be so bad? The past follows him daily, a black cloud the winds of fate can't quite seem to blow away, and for the time being Ben is content to keep the people under his watch safe. It's all he can do. It will have to be enough.
