How does one Post Secret Message

As the subject says how does one post a Secret Message as it is not one of the options that has a quick short for it but I know it can be done.

Click on Note you will need to put in the name Nick of the person you wish to PM

If you're the GM, you can even leave yourself secret notes this way. Just put your own name in the Note field. If you're a player, you can do this, too, but the GM will still be able to read your note.

You cannot see it I suppose but that is what @CaveJohnson said ;) but thanks anyway
