New game creation issue

I am trying to launch a Cypher System (i.e. Numenera) game. It seems there is a problem with the new character sheet option.

I filled everything out as normal but the Allowed Character Sheet drop down does not have any options. When I tried to use the Create button, I got the message "You must allow at least one character sheet" just under the character sheet box.

I tried adding a sheet via the [ + ] but that didn't help, it only placed [ - ] beneath the warning message.
