OOC:
I am thinking that the world of the Covenant game exists as a sort of parallel dimension to Scymira. It is similar, yet different. I am thinking of the cost of dealing with parallel realities.
1) Transfering items: Items of equal value (in a certain manner) from both sides can be exchanged. However, the item can take a damaged or weakened form, or even be lost in transition. Extra cost can be implemented to offset this.
2) Summoning items/creatures: A great sacrifice is needed to bring a displacement in cosmos to summon item(s)/creature(s) from other worlds. Normally, the summoned thing would have difficulty to adapt to the new reality.
3) Conversation: Look into the mirror surface, and the being you wish to speak to will be seen. There is a sacrifice depending on how impossible it would be.
It could be Sorcery magic. Where the being in Xyrhoir sealed the deal with a royal member to sate their curiosity.
