The more I read this SW5E conversion, the more impressed I get. Sure, a lot is just copy-pasted from D&D and re-flavored, but there's also a lot of smart stuff in there, and I just keep digging and digging and keep finding more stuff. It's really a massive conversion, and even the more impressive for being fan-made.

I've played a one shot with this conversion and I absolutely loved it. It was so much fun, especially when you're a Star Wars nerd that finds the FFG system just a bit complicated.

oh its amazing, I've been following the conversion for a while and the creator has put years into it.

I am about to pitch running this setting to my IRL group, which is about half and half experienced vs new.

For real! I once buried a d20 in a box on the beach in Connecticut because it rolled five consecutive 1's. I left a note warning whoever might dig it up that it was a cursed die and should never be rolled.

I have been forum gaming like this off and on for 10+ years, that nat 20 I rolled was the first one I have ever rolled.

Yes, that's not enough for level 2, but technically those were all opponents higher level than you, I'm just figuring out the dynamics of the group.

Hello people, I am sorry for my lack of activity these last weeks. With the current health crisis and me being a nurse, I didn't have much free time. Currently I have some free days, so I am looking at getting back into it and also keeping it up once I go back to work.

Im really liking the role-play so far everyone, I thought id encourage you guys to check out starships of galaxy, specifically in deployments.

Interesting, I need more explanation as to what you mean though.

Do you think Mal best fits the Coordinator role? That's my first feeling.

Probably Coordinator or Operator in my opinion.

Man I gotta do a lot of research to see what fits my character's strengths. Coordinator is more INT based I'm seeing.

Gunner looks like the right fit, JackJack. Let me know if that spot is still open. Coordinator and Operator require lots of INT I think.
EDIT: or not. ugh I wish there were better ways of researching Ventures other than one by one. Operator may fit. SOrry for the bac-and-forth.
2nd Edit: But at least 2 levels in Guardian give me a nice boost to Gunner actions.
