These aren't meant to be serious summaries. Please tell me if I misrepresented some aspect of your house, or forgot an important part.
House Bodaway, North Coast
A house with a succession system that's definitely interesting, but also definitely flawed. Points for doing something new, and for having a badass shadow mage around to do badass shadow magic.
House Fugue, Gaplands
A house entirely focused on mining and selling narcotic bath salts, while totally convinced that they can use it for magic.
Kraken Society, Stormwrack
They killed a Kraken once, and now they're pirate mercenaries with guns.
House Maa-Talia, North Coast
Some girl walked into the wilderness to find someone to have a kid with, and a trading empire was born.
House Revelos, Breach
A house with a fantasy religion that is probably trying to summon demons that don't exist.
House Sharva, Astrals
A house that goes through mood swings. Sometimes they want to expand and conquer stuff, and other times, they decide that they don't want to deal with that crap.
House Sol, Eastreach
A house whose history completely revolves around deceiving those around them. Had a hard time when they lost favor and had to lay low, but is making a comeback.
House Tamer, Headlands
A collection of barbarian tribes with a focus on spiritualism. They get brownie points for being the ancestors of the rulers.
House Ala, Gaplands
Having fallen out of the king's favor because of a scandal, this big house is still around because of their general bigness, with just about nothing else going for them because of the scandal taking all of that stuff away.
House Borovopos, Crownlands
Mercenaries.
House Gasharde, North Coast
A relatively new merchant house that managed to beat out the old merchant house by being a dick to them and undercutting every single one of their deals for five whole years.
House Gundukzar, Headlands
They took the dwarves' last city for themselves, and basically ended their race. They put up with having to empty their pockets to replace all of the dwarf sized furniture, because the dwarves left some really nice stuff in their city.
House Halas, North Coast
They don't have much of an army, but they feel it's fine since they kiss the king's ass enough for them to be safe.
House Irave, Eastreach
A house that selflessly dedicates themselves to defending against invaders.
House Kirad, Headlands
A balanced and relatively normal house that the court sometimes forgets about.
House Mytheas, Stormwrack
Not really caring about anything somehow got them this far on an island filled with gun toting pirates and a constant barrage of storms.
House Namelle, North Coast
They showed up one day, told people that they were a totally legit merchant house, and everyone believed them.
House Omaa, Eastreach
There is no such thing as people that that move to Omaa. There are only people that come to die in Omaa's mines.
House Osberg, Gaplands
They're the last line of defense for Scymira, and they certainly act like it, but they can't even manage themselves properly.
House Reyas, Crown Lands
House Reyas had an awesome army and lots of loot. Then they decided to join the ascension war. They obviously lost, since they're not ruling Scymira. Pretty much everyone died in the war, so that's a problem they're trying to fix.
House Sellelanar, Astrals
A long time ago, they decided that they wanted a large fleet of boats, and once they got their boats, they ran out of ideas.
House Sheono, Crown Lands
They can't be trusted. Why? They know what lasers are. I repeat, they know what lasers are.
House Vsere, Headlands
A house so focused on kissing the king's ass that they forgot to actually develop their house.
House Zubech, Crownlands
The king's personal army disguised as a house.
