Unable to change character label

I am not able to change the name of any of my characters on the Characters Page. I am able to press the "Edit Label/Type" button and attempt to change the label it doesn't work. I can type in the box, but I am unable to save the changes. The green check mark button does nothing. I am having this problem on my phone (mobile data) and on my computer in both IE and Chrome.

Also: Is there a way to make it NOT reorganize the page as you're typing the name? Because as I type it will move the position and won't let me type any more until I actually click back into the box.

Ooooh, I didn't think of the reordering issue. I'll work on that. And you know, making it work.
