I've debated moving the destiny re-rolls to every-other-month...

With a reset everytime a PC sets another PC on fire...

Instead of full re-rolls, maybe just add chaos to the pool and flip 1d4 of them from the majority to minority (so if the pool is mostly light, 1d4 flip black and if mostly dark 1d4 flip white)?
