Tarbaw Nighthill
Tarbaw Nighthill is the governor of Greenest. He got injured during the early stages of the siege by the Cult of the Dragon and therefore has part of his head bandaged as well as his right arm in a sling.
He met you all as you entered the keep after escorting Cuth Swift and his children to safety. After hearing your story he’s requested your help during the siege.
