This forum is for the Wardens office, it is a public Elysium location that all Cainites entering the city are told of. The Warden is very elusive and so are his subordinates. As such he has appointed a Nosferatu by the name of Madam Heyl to hear of any dangers that threaten the city and surrounding lands. You can start a new Thread when reporting Crimes or relevant information to the Warden.
