Expectations

The biggest expectation I have: Have fun. If you aren't enjoying yourself, lemme know and I'll see what I can do to make your experience more enjoyable.

I understand better than most that life has a nasty habit of getting in the way of enjoying a good game...I would like to see an average of two posts every day from everyone, but if things happen and you aren't able to make that, I won't stress it too much. If it becomes a regular problem, we'll address it then.

Last thing: this is a "high risk, high reward" campaign. There will be times when you'll run into situations that, by all rights and levels, you shouldn't be involved with. The challenges will be difficult, but not impossible. There's ALWAYS a way out...it just might not be obvious right away...and if you succeed, you'll be greatly rewarded.

One other thing: A lot of you have stated that you're in a LOT of games, or aren't experienced with Pathfinder. If you feel like this game might not be a good fit for you, or you feel like you're overwhelmed by the number of games you're in, then please, tell me.

You won't hurt my feelings in the least bit if you say "Hey Irvan, this isn't working for me...I don't think I want to play anymore." or "Dude, I've got a whole lot on my plate, and I have to start cutting back. Can you give my spot to someone else?"

If that happens, you and I will work out what happens to your character...if you want a nice dramatic death scene, we'll give you one. Called on for something else? Done. Decide to join the other side and become an NPC? I can make that happen, too.

As much fun as it will be murdering you al...I mean, running this game, I want to make sure you're enjoying yourselves. This may not be the best way for a few new people to learn the system, but I'll try to make the Prologue as simple of an introduction to Pathfinder as I can, while still keeping the feel of the campaign.
