Life in Manila is an endless party, they say. Jasper is everyone's go to person when it comes to 'party supplies'.

Runners in Jasper's group often deal with the supply and demand of illegal substances in the market. If mom and dad wanna test how the kids love the drugs they make, Jasper helps on testing it out in the market. If there is a feud between drug lords, Jasper mediates. Jasper's the kid who controls the drug trade from the backgrounds. His worse enemy: cops. With the never ending war against drugs going on, police are using extreme measures to subdue and hunt drug users down.

No one has seen the big boss ever but a lot of people knows his parties are THE BEST anyone could ever experience.

HQ: Wherever Jasper is holding parties, that's where the HQ is and yes, he's holding more than ten parties daily all over Metro Manila.

MAYA's RING
Faction

Need cash? The rich and powerful pay high for runners to do the dirty work.

Maya is backed by powerful individuals from the high society. If they want something done, they know Maya can fix something for them. Escorting, blackmailing, 'collecting' debts, weapons testing... For the right price, they'd even cater to the elite's most 'exotic' of desires. Beware runner, some say dealing with the ring is worse than dealing with the devil.

Everyone knows the superstar actress and socialite wife of a corrupt senator, but nobody dares to cross her.

HQ: High end hotels off limits to Jasper's parties.

CHURCH of MAXIMILIAN
Faction

The Church's got Robin Hood like rep all over Metro Manila. They help the poor by stealing from the rich. For the rich and the mega corporations in Metro Manila, the Church is a villain that must be subdued.

Max works with insurgents in taking down the poor's oppressors. The Catholic Church denies affiliation with this underworld faction but some say they are connected.

Leader: Maximilian De Jesus
They say the 'cult' leader is an ex priest who became a runner after getting framed for the death of the President's daughter.

HQ: Old churches on poor residential areas.
