Removing my own character

So I made a character just to see what it was like. I didn't make it for any particular game, in fact it has no stats. I'm a noob and I bet this obvious, but how do I delete it?

The red 'X' in the character library should delete it

Well, in My Characters, not the Library, but yah!

Ah, okay. I was trying to do it from the "edit character" menus. Thanks.
