IC: World War II

I have been bandying about the idea of a World War II GURPS campaign. I'm still tossing it over in my mind, but I was wondering if there might be any interest in such if I were to start one. I don't know where it would be set or which of the Allies the characters would be yet. I'm open to suggestions from interested parties.

I own a decent amount of 4th edition stuff. Ready over it, but never actually got a group to play it. :/

Are you thinking of realistic WWII or a Weird WWII setting?

I'm thinking brutally realistic and (largely) historically accurate. I may make a few concessions for the sake of story, but by and large, it would be by the history books.

Sounds cool to me ! I'd personnally love to try a Resistance setting (with both local resistants and Allies agents), but I'd be down for whatever you'll decide.

Out of curiosity, are you all familiar with WWII Operation Whitebox? In this OSR system the PCs play the role of WWII special forces and/or resistance completing missions behind enemy lines.
