Here are my rolls. Thinking of doing a Ranger. I need at least 2 9's to make that happen.
Rolls
Character Creation #1, roll 1 - (3d6)
(623) = 11
#1, roll 2 - (3d6)
(665) = 17
#1, roll 3 - (3d6)
(412) = 7
#1, roll 4 - (3d6)
(323) = 8
#1, roll 5 - (3d6)
(231) = 6
#1, roll 6 - (3d6)
(131) = 5
Character Creation #2, roll 1 - (3d6)
(214) = 7
#2, roll 2 - (3d6)
(232) = 7
#2, roll 3 - (3d6)
(514) = 10
#2, roll 4 - (3d6)
(326) = 11
#2, roll 5 - (3d6)
(232) = 7
#2, roll 6 - (3d6)
(414) = 9
Character Creation #3, roll 1 - (3d6)
(141) = 6
#3, roll 2 - (3d6)
(421) = 7
#3, roll 3 - (3d6)
(126) = 9
#3, roll 4 - (3d6)
(332) = 8
#3, roll 5 - (3d6)
(235) = 10
#3, roll 6 - (3d6)
(634) = 13

With those rolls, and following the rules in the provided materials, I cannot be a Ranger. I assume the highest score needs to be your Prime requisite. A Ranger needs a 9 in Con and Wis and the PR is Str. That seems strange since the way I learned to play a ranger was as a bowman which needs a high Dex to function properly. I would only be able to use an 8 for Dex which gives a -1 penalty. I'll have to look a little deeper to find an appropriate class.

You don't have to have your Prime Requisite be your highest score. You could technically make it your lowest score. All the PR does is determine how quickly you gain experience and level up.

The first line in the rules is more telling: "The ability score (or scores) that are the most important to the character’s class." The line about gaining experience states that it "can" help with xp not that it will. And I can't imagine that a score of 5 could determine how quickly the character gains xp, rather how slowly it gains xp. In any case it's not going to change the character I've submitted.

So in Angel's case, after I award your PC any XP, you'll add 10% to that.
