When I was akid (sad,lonely, aspergers kid) I created my own 'post apocalyptic ' RPG that I would play solo, based on phone numbers. It was rudimentary, but I think holds promise still.
I'm a city kid, and I would play my game by collecting phone numbers, off signs, passing trucks, flyers etc. And those would represent the stats/atitude of the NPC's I would meeet there. Then I would play the scenario out.
