Dresden Files Character Sheets

I've just been using the character sheet Dresden files, and there are some things that could use a little work.

1. The actual aspect for each Phase aspect is the important outcome and should probably be bold.
2. The description of each phase aspect will almost always be a paragraph or two and so the dialog should not strip of all white space.

Ok, made those two updates; lemme know if that's better.

I don't love the idea of bolding the aspects; I'll think of a better design, but this'll do for now.

Preserving white space in the Phase text areas, improves things greatly.
