Scenario: You're writing a post and click advanced - maybe you want to preview your marvelous prose - it's not easy to get back to the thread to review previous posts. The breadcrumb is to the forum, not the thread.

I'd change it to $threadManager->displayBreadcrumbs();
threadManager would delegate to its forum manager before adding its own link.
