Name: Special Agent Dolan Varn, ISB
Gender/Species: Human Male
Approximate Height: 1.79 m
Approximate Weight: 77 kg
Approximate Age: Late 20s, early 30s
Relationship To Player Characters: Financier
Details: Dolan Varn appears to be an ambitious Special Agent with the ISB. From what you’ve gathered, he is a thorough and relentless investigator and spy who uses his unremarkable height, weight, and appearance to blend in and go unnoticed while on collections missions. His title of Special Agent gives him the rank of major in a military setting, and like all of those who become Special Agents, he is likely an excellent marksman and trained in the fundamentals of Echani.

Name: Doban Brant
Gender/Species: Devaronean Male
Approximate Height: 1.78 m
Approximate Weight: 80 kg
Approximate Age: Late 50s
Relationship To Player Characters: Fixer/Employer
Details: Doban Brant is a legendary fixer, an intermediary who works with legitimate governments, semi-legitimate governments (crime syndicates), and for anyone willing and able to pay him and his contractors to do the dirty jobs that legitimate governments don’t wish to dirty their hands on as well as jobs that crime lords can’t risk sending a bunch of screwballs to complete. Doban’s a merc, often says "crime certainly does pay," and while he does have standards, he often keeps those standards and reasons quite nebulous.

Name: Inquisitor Dusk
Gender/Species: Anzati Male
Approximate Height: 1.75 m
Approximate Weight: 75 kg
Approximate Age: Centuries old, likely to be in excess of 500 standard years
Relationship To Player Characters: Unknown
Details: Iobarg Dusk is a ruthless Jedi hunter known within the elite Imperial Intelligence gathering agencies for killing multiple Jedi in the first decade of the Empire’s expansion. He is also known for eating subordinates who had failed him. Approximately 5 years ago, after last reporting that he was going to check out a disturbance in the Dagobah system, he disappeared. Based on the interview with the last surviving scientist from the Vulgas III rescue and retrieval, he (the scientist) reported being rescued from biting dead men by a dead man with a red blade. The Dagobah system and Vulgas are a galactic stone’s throw away. A year had passed in between Dusk's disappearance and his speculated return (weeks for someone is arguably 500 years old). A red blade. A rescuer who appeared to be dead. The Anzati species have many characteristics of a cadaver. Apparently their skin is cold to the touch and they have no detectable pulse. Dusk may be connected to the research facility, but at this point, its still speculation.

Name: Ronal Grehn, Captain of IIC Shocksnare, Imperial Navy
Gender/Species: Human Male
Approximate Height: 1.83 m
Approximate Weight: 80 kg
Approximate Age: late 40s
Relationship To Player Characters: Antagonistic, but not hostile
Details: Specifics on what’s down on Vulgas III’s surface are on a need to know basis issued out by Imperial Navy High Command. The Shocksnare, its commander and crew are not within that need to know and have only one job: keep ships from entering the system, patch them up and send them on their way. Despite his mission, he was tricked by the crew of The Rising Blade with a fake radiation leak con. He allowed them to land on the habitable world in the system with breathable air, the same world where the installation was located. Grehn doesn’t appear to be a sniveling career obsessed officer of the Imperial Navy. He sincerely wanted to help The Rising Blade, but expects them to die on the deserted world from radiation. It was for the better. When investigating the Imperial Navy, it was best to avoid any of their scrutiny.
