Notes issue after player name change

Come across an issue I don't know if anyone else has experienced. My player changed their name, but the player list in my game still shows their old name. Although they can post normally, If I send a note in the forum, his old name only appears in the list so when I tag it, the note fails to be hidden as the player name isn't recognised.

Does clearing your cache resolve this? Random thought by the computer illiterate

I think the old player name still appears in the Game Details page, too.

Temporary workaround is to manually edit the bbcode for the note after tagging. For example, [ note = "OLD_USERNAME" ] [/note ]

Which player? When I change usernames, I try to catch every instance of it. Let me know if I can fix the username.
