Add link to Forums on Public Games

Can we have the Game Details page include the link to the Forum for everyone if the games' forum is set to Public?

Surely that is a simple fix, the bottom-bat code includes that link if we are in the game, just add an extra `or` check for if it is public.

It is still a bit hard to find the Game Details pages, but there are ways that work and they can be improved, there is no way to find the Forums.

Took me a while as well. But once I did, it turned into my favorite thing ever. (Can we bring back the Forums link while we're in a thread, btw?)

Yeah. While we are at it, there is no reason not to display the Forum link while in a forum, it takes us to the root, which is less important now that we have breadcrumbs, but still, it is the place we look for the Forum link, keep it there.

Also, is there any reason to ever hide the Tools menu in the LeftCol?

But it's only on the main menu, in the footer, and on the footer tools menu. How else are people supposed to know that we have tools?

You want to read a public game though? You gotta work for that.

I am not sure, but if it does exist it should exist everywhere.

I have had players assume it was the actual dice roller and insist on using that, even when told that they needed to roll in public as part of their post. It might be a source of confusion.

It is nice that we offer a dice roller for anyone to use without needing to make a post, but I am not sure it really has enough value.

As seen in another one of my posts, I dislike that the game's home page is basically its metadata. The content, the threads, the game forum -- that's "the game" to me. I'd rather see that, then hit "view game properties" to see all the deets. But I know that's probably not in the cards. Providing better and clearer forum access is a good start.

I agree, it always seemed strange to me to get sent to the Game Details page instead of the Forums where I want to be.

But this should be an easy fix and does not change any functionality. Good enough for now. v2 can do larger flow changes.
