Moving some things from advanced posting

I think we can keep just the 'Quick Mod Actions' menu and loose the buttons.

But they do need to be at the top, that is where I need them the most. Having them at the bottom as well might be nice, but I would not object if we lost that.

We really don't need the Reply button, and it can go away with the Advanced button.

There was talk of replacing the top stuff with Page Navigation links (which are needed), but that can be all on one line to save space.

The buttons are better than the dropdown, though. There's just one missing for "Move".

And how embarrassing would it be if I admitted that I've never actually noticed the "Reply" button before and just spent a full minute searching for it?
Hypothetically

If Move is the only one the dropdown adds then I agree the buttons are much nice/quicker and possibly take up less space. They would also fit better with the aesthetic of the Page Links.
