Editor toolbar review

Review the toolbars for:
Game posts
Public forum posts
Custom character sheet posts

Some of the buttons might be grouped together under a dropdown and new options added.

The missing options need to be added.

Keyboard shortcuts are nice too, but need to be documented, possibly as tooltips when hovering over the button, a tooltip of 'spoiler' when hovering over the spoiler button seems like a wasted opportunity.

Aside from the missing items, the only problem I have is that the dropdowns spring instantly into action if we move near them, then they get in the way, I find myself detouring far out to the right every time I move down. A delay would be nice if it does not break things like mobile or somesuch.
