Edit custom character sheet

Review this oft used page.
Lose the margin on the left.
Add preview.

It would be nice if editor resembled the actual page as much as possible, the margins make it such a different shape.
Might be nice, but not essential, one can always save to see what it would look like, it not like a post that others will be interacting with.

Being able to see the selected Avatar would be nice, both in the edit and the page.
