tweak/character_game_menu

Currently, the game menu is shown for characters but it only shows "tools".



I think it'd be more useful, if when the character is attached to a game you could access the forum and game details.

Oh, I see, that is specifically on the character page. Yes, good point. Make it so.

My point was that those menu items should be available in as many places as possible, the Game Details Page on public games comes to mind as a place I was looking for the Forum link.
